Description
- The task of suction cups is to expel all the air from the pipelines and not to damage the system while doing so. The biggest problems of suction cups with spheres are the so-called dynamic (premature) closure in the literature, which closes before the entire air mass in the pipeline is discharged, and the sphere inside the suction cup cannot fully fulfill its function by deforming over time due to pressure. The suction cups that eliminate both problems and ensure more efficient operation of the system are shockless dynamic suction cups. Dynamic suction cup, which works automatically, is designed as small volume and low weight. The large float allows the large air mass to be discharged during the filling of the pipeline. The small float discharges a small amount of air when the pipeline is under pressure. Two-stage closing design provides impactless closing. High discharge capacity and long service life against corrosion due to stainless steel internal parts.
